1. Maintain a Routine

3. Set Boundaries and Take Time Off

When you’re working from home, the line between living and working can become blurry. Boundaries are essential in this case. They prevent you from overworking and facing burnout. Instead of working at all hours of the day, set boundaries by working during designated working hours.


When these are over, take time off. Whether it’s engaging in hobbies, getting some exercise, or spending time with friends and family, it’s crucial to establish a work-life balance. 


4. Practice Self-Care

Working from home can become difficult despite doing your best not to get overwhelmed. Whether you’re suffering from cabin fever, loneliness, or stress, it’s critical to take out time for self-care. If your commute was the only time you stepped outdoors, try going for walks or exercising outside.


Alternatively, you can engage in calming practices like yoga and meditation or even take out the time to make yourself a snack.


Stress can make it difficult to maintain sobriety, so it’s important to take care of your needs and give yourself the attention you deserve during this time.
